Caitlin & Greg
Caitlin Acosta has 10+ years of experience providing bookkeeping services for small business owners. She is passionate about entrepreneurship and has made it her mission to help small business owners and self-employed professionals streamline their day-to-day operations.
Early in her career working for a variety of small businesses, Caitlin noticed a common theme. Many business owners were short on time for bookkeeping duties and were discouraged by these tasks. That's when Spot On Solutions was born. We help business owners succeed by taking care of the details. Organizing receipts and tax documents, communicating with your team and your CPA, creating budgets and reports, tracking expenses, and keeping an accurate record of your books - these are some of the services we provide our clients with. Our goal is to create solutions tailored to your office, so that you can do what you love and we can worry about the rest.
Spot On Solutions was founded in the summer of 2013. Caitlin was soon joined by her right-hand man and expert on everything - Greg Sobsey. Later they would get married but that's another story.
Greg is a certified bookkeeper and registered tax preparer with a vast history of experience in the food and service industry. He helped expand Spot On's reach to include restaurant, franchise and retail clients. They've since been busy providing flawless bookkeeping services to their clients. They are located in Fairfax and work all over Northern Virginia, Maryland, and DC, but continue to have strong ties to the local business community in Falls Church.

Addie
Addie is a young mom who has lived in the Northern Virginia area all her life. Being a social person, she has always appreciated the personal aspect of working with small businesses. She appreciates a strong work ethic and is eager to continue developing her bookkeeping skills. She is excited to be a part of the Spot On team while supporting her home-grown roots in the process.
Diana
Diana was born and raised in Falls Church and went to high school with Greg and Caitlin. She graduated from Shenandoah University with a bachelor's in Mass Communications. After college Diana pursued a career in photography, serving markets such as yearbook photos, real estate photography, and weddings. Most recently started a successful event photography business with her husband in Portland, Oregon. Towards the end of 2020, they decided to buy a van, leave Portland, and travel the country for a year – visiting national parks, friends, and family. They are now settling down in Durham, North Carolina with their beagle, Cleo.
